By the first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth appearing — whichever comes first. The first visit is mostly about getting comfortable with the clinic and checking that the teeth and gums are developing normally. Early visits make later ones far easier.
Dr. Nikitaa is trained in paediatric behaviour management — the appointment is unhurried, every instrument is explained before it is used, and nothing happens by surprise. The clinic has a play area, and ceiling-mounted TVs above the chair. For children who need extra help, laughing gas sedation and treatment under general anaesthesia are available.
Treatment is carried out under local anaesthesia where needed, so the procedure itself is not painful. Most patients say the discomfort they arrived with is worse than anything they feel during treatment. If you are anxious, say so when you book — we plan the appointment differently.

Yes. For sudden toothache, a knocked-out or broken tooth, swelling, or a lost filling or crown, call us on +91 99994 54227 rather than messaging — we will try to fit you in the same day. For a knocked-out permanent tooth, keep the tooth in milk and come immediately; time matters.
